California Dreaming

At the end of April, Bryan and I took a trip to San Diego. We arrived just as all of the wonderful flowers of Balboa Park burst into bloom! (Great for the eyes - Not so great for the allergies!)

Here's all the really fascinating flowers, plants, and trees we were able to see.

These magenta flowering vines were everywhere. Does anyone know what they're called?

I haven't the foggiest but the blossoms were too eye catching not to capture!
